I took a chance in San Francisco and fell in love with the ocean. I constantly have sand in my shoes, and I'm convinced the ocean smells best at sunset. I revel in how much my life has changed since March. Moving from Austin to San Francisco without knowing a single person here, has completely changed my perspective on everything. March 4 was the day I decided I was going to move somewhere new. I never realized until that day how much I wanted to leave. I wanted to find something new. I wanted new faces, new smiles, new people, new experiences. I didn’t know where I wanted to go quite yet, all I knew was that I wanted to put my feet in the sand. So I gathered my clothes, my art, my record player, and myself into my car and drove here. I took advantage of the choices I have in this life, and I did it.

So now that I’m here, I’m going to enjoy every second of it.
